1. The ethanol distillery skid is a set of standard 96% alcohol distillation system.
2.The distillation system has three columns , and use continuous distillation  process, which is the same as industry(large scale) alcohol equipment plant.
a. The mash distillation column is for distilling fermented mash or light alcohol.
b. The first rectification distillation column is for raising the alcohol degree and separating the fusel oil and high boiling Impurities.
c. The second rectification distillation column is for raising the alcohol degree to 96%, and separating  the low boiling  impurities such as Acetaldehyde and methanol .
3. The rectification system uses industrial(large scale) standard process, and all the equipment are installed in one frame, like a Integration module, you can run it by a button.The total high 6.4 m.It can also be adjusted according to your workshop height.
4. The alcohol distillation system is easy to learn, control and operate, even you know nothing about alcohol process, you also can learn how to operate the equipment in 1 hour.
5. Before making shipment, we test(run) the whole set equipment and take video in our workshop , debug all the parameters and confirm them, when customers receive the equipment, only put the equipment in their workshop, connect electricity,water ect then can run it well by pressing one button.
6. We have engineers replying you any question about the alcohol equipment by internet, if necessary, they can fly to your site to for instruction of operation of the system or commissioning of it.
