The Automatic Pick and Fill Sealing Machine is used for filling various types of solids, liquids and powders. The machine works automatically in picking, filling and sealing of pouches. It offers flexibility of using pouches in different forms such as stand-up pouches, pouches with spouts, zippers and many more.
Applications
The machine is applicable in packing and filling any type of pouch containing liquid, viscous liquid, semi solid, powder, grains and many more.
Different filler heads used for filling includes: Multi-Head Weigher, Linear Weigher, Auger Filler, Gravity Filler, Piston Filler and Cup Filler.

- Quick change over – bag, Size change usually takes 10 min or less
- No pouch or failure of pouch opening – No fill
- Positive cutoff nozzles for no drip filling
- Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error no fill, no seal, the pouch can be reused thus avoiding wastage of packing materials and costly product.
- Pouch loading through horizontal conveyer allowing more pouch storage at a time and accepting inferior quality pouches also.
- Lubrication-free plastic bearing for less pollution
- No oil vacuum pump, thus maintaining cleanliness in production area
- Product or pouch contact parts are stainless steel or suitable food grade materials with comply food hygienic requirements.
