Buipowder coating raw materials redispersible polymer powder

Re-dispersible polymer powder, produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAC/E), then obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It can re-disperse in water, and form a film after water evaporation by coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder, to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface

DP-F310 is a kind of Vinyl Acetate and Vinyl copolymer powder with good saponification resistance , easily dissolved in water.

With large range of Glass Transition Temperature (Tg.) and machine performance (hard, soft and flexible). This series of product can improve the performance of various mortars, like EIFS, tile adhesives, SLF mortars etc. And can improve the adhesive and flexibility of mortars and binder.
