1. This equipment is a kind of resistance spot welding machine, which is composed of frame structure, welding transformer, control system, water-cooled welding cable and spot welding torch.The main circuit adopts diode thyristor contactless switch, the circuit switch time is quick and accurate.The welding time can be precisely adjusted by the control system, the welding repeatability and consistency are good, and the maintenance is convenient. 

2. Compared with DN series resistance spot welding machine, it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, etc., the welding machine and welding gun can be moved, which breaks the old pattern of fixed electrode arm of the old welding machine in structure.The machine is equipped with four rollers below, easy to move, and does not need air pressure when used at the same time, equipped with 2 meters long water welding cable and handheld spot welding gun, the operation is particularly flexible, convenient, choose different welding pliers, can achieve portable clamp type spot welding, single point spot welding and other functions. 

3. The welding range is generally 0.1mm---4.0mm low carbon steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other metals, widely used in various kinds of plate gold, box, cabinet, iron furniture, stainless steel kitchen products, stainless steel door manufacturing and re-welding after wire mesh leakage welding and other welding.
