The application of hay baler machine

The hay baler machine/straw bundling machine is widely used in agriculture and animal husbandry. It can collect and bundle green grass, straw, wheat stalk, corn stalk, wheat/ rice straw, grass, corn straw, pasture straw bale, etc. After baled by the machine, the bundle is very convenient for transportation, reserve and deep processing. Its compact design enables the cut grass to be collected and baled on any type of ground, also on hills, in mountain areas and on steep slopes.  It is highly efficient machine because it enable bales to be prepared which are easy to handle and with an hourly working speed of 2-5km. Main parts of the hay baler machine

The hay baler machine is composed of pick-up part, compress rolls, sprocket transmission mechanism, a rope box, a lead rope rod, an early warning device, hydraulic control mechanism and three point linkage etc. It can move and work with a 25-50 HP tractor by PTO shaft. 

Automatic operation:  lead rope when bundling, pick up wheat straw, bundling, cut twine automatically.

The bundled bales are firm and not messy, easy to transport and store.

"08" -------- Acctually, it should be "80", picking up width 80cm.
"50" --------- Diameter of bale is 50cm.
"70" --------- Exactly, the diameter of bale is 61cm.
Q3: What is the delivery time?
A3: 15-20 working days after payment.

A4: Iron frame or iron crate.

A5: Normally the MOQ is one set. There are some exceptions to this requirement because of the type of machines.

Q8: Can we mix different models together?
A8: Sure. We can offer different agricultural equipments, you could mix different products or models in 20FT or 40FT container but in order to make the best use of container room, usually we advise you to check the size of the machines.
