Key Features
1. The effect of heat transfer and cooling is better. The cooler adopts multi-tube type, with large cooling area and good cooling.
2. Full cooling area. The number of copper pipes used in this cooler is more than three times that of fin-tube type and Roller-tooth type. The cooling area is calculated by the surface area of copper pipes, so the cooling area is adequate.
3. Cooling pipe material is the best heat dissipation. Pure copper tube with heat conductivity above 0.95.

Note
Both sides of the oil outlet of the cooling pipe can freely decide the entrance and exit, and the flow direction of the oil itself is unrestricted. The water inlet must enter from the bottom and the water outlet from the top.
Freshwater only. The use of sea water should be specially tailored.
Food and chemicals must not be used.
When the temperature difference between water inlet and oil inlet is above 80 C, it can not be installed.
Maximum pressure: 10 kg on oil side and 7 kg on water side.
The cooling efficiency can be maintained only when the scale is removed once every 4 months or half a year on the water side (inside the heat pipe). Keep the amount of oil equal to that of water when using high viscosity oil.
