PE heat shrinkable sleeve: this product is made of polyolefin as the basic raw material, supplemented by high elastomer and auxiliary agent, with scientific formula.The high-energy electron beam generated by the electron accelerator changes the molecular structure of the polymer from the original linear macromolecule to an insoluble three-dimensional network structure, so that the material has heat resistance, stress cracking resistance, heat aging and chemical corrosion resistance.Through stretching and gluing equipment, EVA hot melt adhesive with excellent performance (about 0.8mm thick) is covered, and PE sheet (1.2/1.4mm thick) is stretched to make its shrinkage rate reach more than 25%.
Application: the product is mainly used in buried steel pipeline, natural gas, gas, petroleum, thermal pipeline, drainage pipeline (steel belt reinforced pipe, hollow wall winding pipe and vertical steel belt composite pipe) and other fields, and is suitable for anti-corrosion pipeline.
