Heat-shrinkable winding belt series are heat-shrinkable anticorrosive strips designed and manufactured for buried and overhead steel pipes and thermal insulation outer surface. They are mainly used for wrapping anticorrosive treatment of the bending parts of steel pipes and repairing the damage of pipeline anticorrosive coating. They can also be used for wrapping anticorrosive treatment of the whole steel pipes and patching anticorrosive treatment.It is composed of radiation crosslinking polyolefin base material and special sealing hot melt adhesive, which can form good adhesion with polyethylene base material, steel tube surface and solid epoxy coating.During the construction, firstly preheat the pipe and wrap it on the treated pipe with machine or manual winding to ensure the lap width is no less than 25mm. Evenly heat the strip, which will shrink uniformly in the radial direction, and melt the hot melt adhesive at the same time.It is filled and coated on the pipe to form a solid and continuous outer anti-corrosion layer of the pipe, which can resist soil stress, hydrostatic pressure, cathodic stripping, chemical corrosion, mold erosion and other corrosion behaviors, and provide long-term and effective protection for the steel pipe.
