Production process:

Step 1.You provide samples or drawing to us. We make a plaster mold.

Step 2.The sample making machine will make at least 5pcs samples.

Step 3.Send samples to you for confirmation.

Step 4.Make aluminum or copper mold.

Step 5.Start to produce formal order

Q: Do you accept customize?

A: Yes, we have our own Product Development Team; we can customize base on your sample or drawing. 

Q: Can you design for us?

A: Yes, we have professional designer, please tell us your requirement and let us do it for you. 

Q: How many days you can finish my design?

A: About 2-3 days. 

Q: Is it possible to get a free sample?

A: Yes, stock samples are free, but you will afford the shipping cost. We could also customize sample for you, the specification will be confirmed according to the sample’s workmanship.

If we have further cooperation in the future, the sample fee will be returned. 

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Usually, our MOQ is 5,000pcs. But the different size, material and workmanship, the MOQ will be changed. 

Q: How long can we receive your quotation? 

A: If you provide detail information, quotation will be offered within 6 hours. In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please give us information as following:

     1) Size; 2) Material; 3) Thickness; 4) Weight; 5) Quantity;

     If it is possible, please also provide pictures or designs for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying.
