Polymer damping materials, with sound absorption, heat insulation, vibration protection and other functions of polymer materials. It is widely used in materials with high internal friction peak at service temperature and frequency, such as polyacrylate, polyurethane, epoxy resin, butyl rubber and Nitrile-Butadiene rubber. The spraying type can be divided into spraying type, self-adhesive type and film type. The spraying type can be directly attached to the surface of structural substrates by spraying, roll coating and scraping, such as water-borne damping coating; self-adhesive damping material can be directly attached to the surface of structural parts; film type can be used as gasket or bonded by hot pressing and coating adhesive. It has been applied in many fields. Such as reducing the noise of Metro wheels, reducing the mechanical vibration of intercontinental missile detonating device, etc.
