Q1: How do you know when battery is full charged?
A1: It is recommended to be at least eight hours. After charging, you can check the APP interface. It will show the battery power icon at the upper right corner. It is use USB 5V,1A power cable to charge the doorbell.
Q2: Does the battery rechargeable, replaceable and what's the capacity? Wired connect?
A2: The battery we provided is Panasonic 18650 battery, the total capacity is 6400mAh. It is rechargeable and replaceable. You can also purchase the 18650 battery at your market.
It is also support 8-24V AC wired connection.
Q3: What is the IP Camera Doorbell Wireless waterproof protection grade?
A3: It is IP54 certified. It is better to install under the proof or have shell to cover it. the camera can not be soaked in water, please use it with caution!
Q4: How long the doorbell can use?
A4: It is can be use about 4 months based 10 events/day.
Q5: Does the doorbell can connect more chime?
A5: Yes, one doorbell can connect more than one chime. One Chime can also can connect more than one doorbell.
Q6: How is the doorbell motion detection working?
A6: When some one passed by, if you enabled the motion deteciton ( normal, middle, high level), you smart phone will receive instant APP notification and alarm recording to SD Card.
If someone press the button, you will also ring call notifications.
