Advantages of Li-ion Battery:
1).High Energy Density
The volumetric energy density of EWT Li-ion Battery is approx. 4 times than that of Ni-Cd and 2 times than that of Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery.

The operating output voltage is 3.6V, three times higher than that of Ni-Cd and Ni-MH cells.

The lithium battery does not contain any polluting substances such as cadmium, lead, mercury, etc.
5). Non-metal Lithium
The lithium battery does not employ any lithium metal. It is not governed by aircraft transportation rules relating to carrying lithium batteries in passenger airplanes.
6). No Memory Effect
The lithium battery is free from the memory effect, a phenomenon seen in nickel-cadmiumin which the apparent battery capacity decreases when shallow charge and discharge cycles are repeated.
7).Fast Charge Capacity
The lithium-ion battery can be fully charged in 2 to 3 hours, using a constant-current / constant-voltage (CC/CV) type dedicated charge with a rated voltage of 4.2V per cell.
