★ Principle:
A high voltage (High Electric Voltage, > 6000 V) is applied to a specially designed electrode, and an appropriate amount of air (CDA) is introduced as a reaction gas, and a high voltage discharge principle is used to generate a discharge phenomenon in the plasma mechanism.
