Filter Press:  Filter press is a highly efficient, compact, dewatering device for separating solids from liquid slurries in the form of compressed cake. Under the support of the strong R&D strength, DOYEN has developed and produced the manual, mechanical, hydraulic, program controlled automated membrane, quick opening types. In addition, DOYEN adopts advanced technology to develop a series of recessed, membrane and plate and frame filter plates, such as the high temperature and pressure polypropylene membrane filter plate, rubber membrane filter plate, high temperature filter plate and some special purpose filter plates.

The DOYEN suspended plate transport systems, allow a perfect safe operation with minimum maintenance costs. DOYEN systems have been designed to achieve the maximum free space for optimal manipulation and maintenance care of the filter plates. The opening and closing cycle is operated by a highly technically advanced automatic hydraulic unit. Together with the integrated automatic washing device, drip trays , automatic stop, as well as the automatic system for the filter operation through a PLC program, brings us to the total security concept in continuous process.

We offer a full range of membrane or recessed chamber filter press options from manual to fully automatic operation, from plate sizes 500 mm up to 2.0 m.

Application:

Solid-liquid separation in chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, light industry, coal mining, food, textile, environmental protection, energy source, ceramic, stone process and other industries. 

Features:

1, Filter plates are made of strengthened polypropylene through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless.

2, Programmed arm tie, electrical system controlled, hydraulic system controlled or computer controlled, completely automatic.

3, Hydraulic devices are adopted for pressing and releasing filter plates with maximum pressing pressure of 25 Mpa, and automatic pressure maintaining by using electro connecting pressure gauge.

4, The maximum filtering pressure is 1.5 Mpa to ensure optimum conditions of cake formation and pressure filtration.

5,Simple in operation, safe and labor saving, use buttons on the control panel to control continuous actions, and safe in operation with multiple safety devices.
