-Auto plastic mould
Plastic injection molding:
It is the manufacturing process to get plastic parts by injected the molten plastic materials into the mold cavity with high pressure, after cooling and curing, to get plastic parts
▪ Process cycle:
The process cycle for injection molding is very short, typically between 2 seconds and 2 minutes, and consists of the following four stages
1) Clamping - Prior to the injection of the material into the mold, the two halves of the mold must first be securely closed by the clamping unit
2) Injection - The raw plastic material, usually in the form of pellets, is fed into the injection molding machine, and advanced towards the mold by the injection unit
3) Cooling - The molten plastic that is inside the mold begins to cool as soon as it makes contact with the interior mold surfaces
4) Ejection - After sufficient time has passed, the cooled part may be ejected from the mold by the ejection system, which is attached to the rear half of the mold.

▪ Custom Color Matching
Custom color matching is offered on customer-supplied Pantone numbers and customer-supplied part samples.
▪ Secondary finishing options:
Mold texturing/Threaded inserts /Laser engraving/Basic assembly...
▪ Radii
Some part corners will have a radius rather than a sharp edge since we use an automated CNC milling process to make the mold for your parts. This typically does not require a change to your model, but resulting radii are identified before the mold is milled.
Overmolding moulding
it is a process where a single part is created using two or more different materials in combination. Typically the first material, sometimes referred to as the substrate, is partially or fully covered by subsequent materials (overmold materials) during the manufacturing process.
▪ Overmolding Process Types
Insert Molding:The most widely used process is insert molding, where a pre-molded insert is placed into a mold and the TPE is shot directly over it
Multiple Material Molding: Multiple material, also known as two-shot (or multi-shot), molding requires a special injection molding machine that is equipped with two or more barrels, allowing two (or more) materials to be shot into the same mold during the same molding cycle
Silicon moulding:
Speed, cost, and approximation to the final part design (including material properties and dimensions) are key criteria when selecting a fabrication method for making a silicone prototype
▪ Four Methods to make:
RTV :room temperature vulcanization molding,
SLA: selective laser sintering
HCR: fused deposition modeling
