The role of the die pad on the template:
1. Rebound: The die-cut material (waste) is not embedded in the bottom plate of the template (in the die), and does not bring the good material of the beer.
2, fixed: is the mold cutter has a fixed effect on the die-cutting material, so that it is not easy to produce white edges (burrs) and creases. When we often hear beer cut, the products from the beer have raw edges, and most of them are affected by the poor die-shaped elastic pad. The die-shaped elastic pad plays an important role in the subsequent process of cutting beer as an auxiliary material.
The main factors affecting the quality of the die-type spring pad: rebound rate, material, and hardness.
1.Rebound rate: test the rebound rate. The simple operation is to press the knife mold elastic pad with your finger, then quickly release it, and see how fast the finger indentation disappears to judge the loading rate of the die pad. The die-type spring pad can immediately disappear the indentation. For example, the die-type spring pad in the Shenhua printing material is a product with a high rebound rate.
2.Material: The die pad is mainly made of rubber foam. The good rubber foam has high density and small pores. The more times the stamping is carried, the faster and faster the springback without deformation.
3.softness: When the different materials are cut, the required hardness of the die pad is different, and you need to choose the right one. For example, the distance between the knives in the die is too small, and the die-hardening pad with high hardness and elasticity is required, and if the interface is too much, the die-shaped elastic pad with lower hardness is required. Choose a good die pad, the higher the resilience, the better the material, the higher the density, the better the rebound effect, the longer the service life of the stamping, the more durable the protective die.
