Polytetrafluoroethylene cable wrapping tape, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene low density film tape, coaxial cable with polytetrafluoroethylene unsintered wrapping tape, cable wrapping tape prepared from polytetrafluoroethylene disperse resin, has a special fiber-like micro-porous structure. The product has the characteristics of low relative density, low dielectric loss, little influence by temperature and signal frequency change, stable dielectric constant, excellent temperature resistance (long-term service temperature - 150 ~ 260 C), good weather resistance, and so on. It is an ideal high frequency dielectric material.

Low density polytetrafluoroethylene cable wrapping tape has soft texture, adjustable density and low dielectric loss. Cable wrapping tape is mainly used in the field of microwave communication. As an excellent insulating material, it is often used in the preparation of high-quality radio frequency coaxial cable, high-speed data communication cable and phase-stabilized cable.

Note: The low dielectric loss bands are classified into type I and type II according to the process. Among them, type I is common, and there is no excessive requirement for the tensile strength and fracture tensile strain of PTFE sintered bands. Type II is to require that PTFE sintered bands have high strength and low breaking elongation.
