How wheel sand washer work?

When the impeller sand washing machine works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after deceleration by triangle belt, reducer and gear, and the sand and gravel have feeding trough into the washing trough, roll under the drive of the impeller, and grind each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, and at the same time destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand, so as to facilitate dehydration;Add water at the same time, form strong current, take away impurities and foreign matters with small specific gravity in time, and discharge from the overflow outlet wash tank, complete the cleaning function.

The clean sand is carried away by the blades, and then the sand is poured into the discharge tank from the rotating impeller to complete the sand cleaning.
