1. Which model is suitable for us ?

We're a manufacturer. All kinds of models are available.Before recommend suitable model, please tell us the application, materials, working capacity , your working condition , etc. 

2. How do I operate the machine ?

Please read the Operation Instruction for basic technical skills.If necessary, we provide online and onsite technical training.

3. What should I do if there is problem with the machine?

Firsly, please refer to the Operation Instruction

Secondly, please call us at any time

Thirdly, engineers are available for overseas service

4. How long the handling time ?

If there are models in stock, the warehouse will arrange delivery within 3-5 days

If no stock, normally the handling time is 2 weeks but also according to the quantity you need 

5.How about package ?

Normally use wooden box or wooden frame. Your other demands are accepted

6.Payment 

In general,  30%T/T prepayment before production, 70% T/T balance payment against copy of B/L

L/C is also accepted
