Note

1. The thickness of the file teeth should be selected according to the allowance of the work piece, the processing accuracy and the material properties. Coarse-toothed file is suitable for processing large margin, low dimensional accuracy, large tolerance of shape and position, large surface roughness value, soft materials; on the contrary, fine-toothed file should be selected.
2. When using, it should be selected according to the machining allowance, dimensional accuracy and surface roughness required by the work piece.
3. File size specifications should be selected according to the size of the work piece being processed and processing allowance. When the processing size is large and the allowance is large, the file of large size should be selected, and the file of small size should be chosen instead.
