●Product Introduction

T321 is an isobutene sulfide with high sulfur content, which is orange to amber transparent oily liquid in appearance. T321 has good oil solubility, excellent extreme pressure activity and thermal stability, and has little corrosion to non-ferrous metals. Isobutene sulfide can be combined with other chemical components such as thiophosphorus and nitrogen agents in a variety of formulation. 

It is suitable to blend Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Gear Oil Additive Package, Hydraulic Oil Additive Package, ect. one Antiwear EP Additive of Lubricant Additive Component, and can formulate various types of Additive Package with Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, High Temperature Antioxidant, Pour Point Depressant, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, ect.

Excellent antiwear and extreme pressure performance. Good oil soluble performance. 

Applications:

Used to blend various middle and high level Gear Oil Additive Package and gear oil.

Used to blend antiwear Hydraulic Oil Additive Package and hydraulic oil.

Used to blend cutting oil such as Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid.

Used to blend grease.

Treat rate is 1.5-5.0wt%.

●Package, Storage and Transportation

Package:The product is packed with iron drums, 200kgs/drum or other packing methods consulting with clients. 

Transportation:Suitable for truck transport, railway transport and ocean transport. 

Storage:The temperature of storage and transportation shall not surpass 45℃. The shelf life of product is 2 years.
