APPLICATION METHOD
Service temperature 160±5℃, ambient temperature 17~30℃;
Preheat the glue at least 2h, ensure that the glue melts completely, and use it until reach the target temperature;
Raking depth 1.5mm±0.5mm, slotting depth 1.5mm±0.5mm, slotting interval 5.0~7.0mm;
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The flowability and setting time changes along with the room temperature of working shop, please adjust the temperature of melting tank and speed of binding machine;
Do not mix with glue from other suppliers;
S est to use the glue in season, especially avoid mistaking "summer glue" and "winter glue";
S ested working humidity at RH50%±10%;
Clean the preheat tank once per season, melting tank once per two weeks;
Books shall be stored at 0~40℃, shall not be stored outdoors and heat source.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Shall be stored in indoor, cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and constant high temperature
