Dolomite  Introduction :
Dolomite is a carbonate mineral in the trigonal system, and its chemical composition is CaMg co 32. Dolomite is a carbonate mineral, the crystal structure is Rhombohedral. Its color is mostly white, but it may be other colors if the impurities are too many other colors. Dolomite has a wide range of uses. It can be used as building materials, ceramics, glass, fire-resistant equipment, agriculture, chemical industry, environmental protection, etc.

Bucket elevator
Bucket elevator is a kind of equipment used in the dolomite powder production line to transport material vertically. Here's how it works:
1. Conveying the dolomite block material crushed by crusher and lifting the material to the silo for storage;
2. Lifting the finished dolomite material which is ground out by Raymond machine to the finished product warehouse for storage.
 
Raymond Mill
Raymond machine is the use of high-frequency dolomite grinding equipment. Raymond machine is suitable for the processing of 280 kinds of materials in the industries of mineral, chemical, construction, etc. ,。 And it is for the materials that the hardness not more than 7 grades and humidity less than 6%. The finished products have high granularity and good shape.
Raymond machine owns a small size, small footprint. This feature reduces the use of space. The sieving rate of Raymond Machine up to 99% which most grinding equipment can not reach.

Pulse Dust Collector
When the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the airflow is diverted into the ash hopper. At the same time， the airflow slows down. As a result of inertia, the coarse particle dust in the gas flows directly into the ash hopper, where it plays the role of pre-collection of dust. The air entering the hopper is then deflected upwards through the bag dust with the metal skeleton inside and captured on the outer surface of the bag. The purified gas enters the cleaning room at the upper part of the bag chamber and collects it to the air outlet for discharge.
As an environmental protection equipment, pulse dust collector has the following functions in the dolomite powder production line:
1. Used for supporting Raymond Machine for Residual Wind Dust Removal;
2. Used for dust removal at the top of the raw material silo and finished product bin.
