White fused alumina electrically fused in arc furnace with high grade processed alumina as raw material. It has higher hardness and slight lower toughness comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, ability of self-sharpening, better cutting, less heat emit, higher efficiency.
White fused aluminum oxide becomes the first choice for the sandblasting technics, meanwhile, it is also the ideal material for sandblasting and workpiece cleaning, and polishing.
Production process: sorting of the raw materials→electrolytic smeiting→crushing→magnetic separation→filter→physical and chemical testing→packing→warehousing.
White fused alumina oxide Usage:
1. Available research in a variety of blasting and light lapping operations
2. The process of beautifying glass or acrylic
3. For bonded and coated abrasives
4. The cutting of silicon wafer
5. The process of cleaning and blasting tooth model
6. Precision sand casting
7.Remove rust from metallic or non-metallic surfaces
8. High refractory and other ceramic additives
White Fused Alumina For Sandblasting Abrasive Is Processed By High Quality Corundum From RSAbrasive Plant As Raw Material And Untilzed By Unique Advanced Technology.
Fused White Alumina advantages:
