HTL-120 flat mask is a automatic high-speed flat external ear band mask making machine newly developed by Jiangsu Haitel Machinery Co., Ltd, Ultrasonic fusion, molding, cutting and other full-process automation.

The production line of high-speed automatic one-to-two plane mask machine is connected by a body machine and an ear belt machine. After the mask machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is transported to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt structure, and the mask disc is turned to the conveyor belt of the side ear belt machine by the turning mechanism, and then transported to the front of the ear belt machine. Above the mask disc, finally put the mask piece into the mask disc of the ear strap machine by pressing down on the cylinder, and then the ear strap machine completes the welding of the ear strap of the mask, the edge wrapping and other actions to complete the production of an ear strap mask product from the surface.
