Pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of a flexible fiberglass mesh impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin. Our pipe repair bandage uses environmental friendly materials, and mainly used for Repair Oil, Gas & Water Pipeline etc,and adheres to Metal, plaster, PVC, Copper, Rubber, Fiberglass, Concrete, Wood, Ceramic, Polyester and etc. Water activated tape is made from flexible fiberglass knit fabric tape saturated with water-activated polyurethane. After being water-activated it can create a rigid structure with high ability of anti-bending and anti-elongation, and chemicals-resistance.

Water activated tape is packed in aluminum foil pouch with nitrogen. It can be operated easily without requirement of extra equipment. The only step required is infusing water into the pouch and then wrapping it onto the cables or pipelines. The material will form a tough durable covering that sets in 20-30 minutes.
