Slip Sheets

The Slip-Sheets produced by Aoli Pack have three materials: kraft paper slip sheet, HDPE plastic slip sheet and plastic woven slip sheet. A dedicated handling tool push-pull is used to provide a satisfactory solution for this palletless handling operation. Because some European and American countries have strictly requirements on wood packaging and other wood packaging export materials, multiple quarantine procedures are required, which is cumbersome and costly. If use our slip sheet, it can avoid these problems and greatly reduce the simplified storage, transportation, loading and unloading. The procedure omits all the complicated procedures of fumigation and quarantine inspection, which saves customers the cost of purchasing, storing and repairing pallets, and also improves the utilization rate of warehouses or containers and increases the efficiency of enterprises.

Cost of Investment

In the early stage, you only need to purchase a push-pull device to install on your existing forklift truck, which can work with the slip sheet. The market price of our push-pull is generally around RMB 4-5 million. This is one-time investment. If your original use of the pallet is 1000 pieces/month, and replaced it by our slip sheet, it can save at least 50,000 yuan in the cost of working materials every month. After one month, the input cost of the push-pull can be collected, and the cost of pallet purchase is saved by 600,000 yuan per year.

Application range: suitable for the following conditions

Paper slip sheet

The paper slip sheet is made of high quality kraft paper, which has good moisture resistance and strong tear resistance.
