Optimized control of coal used at kiln head and tail
The ammonia-free denitration kiln tail sintering system adjusts the appropriate head and tail coal consumption ratio by appropriately reducing the coal consumption at the kiln head; in addition to reducing the coal consumption at the kiln head, the coal consumption will be decreased while ensuring normal calcination in the kiln; while increasing the coal consumption ratio of decomposing furnace, ensure no oversintering and no crusting at the preheater decomposing furnace thus to enhance calcination.
