SPRINT LH-3211

-LH-3211 is a kind of special high molecular polymer. It is suitable for pigment printing of flat screen, rotary screen, platen, cutting and non-woven fabric, pigment dyeing or used for flock paste compounding.

Bright color and full color yield, good compatibility with thickener.

Soft handle of the printed fabric. Good brushing fastness and rubbing fastness.

Stable to thermo and stirring, the emulsion has good dispersing performance, can avoid blocking the printing screen.

A self-cross binder, good film-forming property, no-yellowing.

Non-sticking to the roller when used in the pigment dyeing.

Can be used for baby clothing.

2. Pocess flow: Paste preparation→Rotary or flat screen printing →Drying →Curing (120-140℃,1.5-3 min)

Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries. 

Operating and safety instructions:

1. The chemicals should be added separately when preparing the printing paste, then stir evenly before use.

2. Strongly recommend using soft water, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the paste.

Before handling any other products mentioned in the text, you should obtain available product safety information and take necessary steps to ensure safety of use.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, it may cause irreversible crusting at high temp. environment. If the product is frozen at too low temp., thaw it at warm condition, stir evenly and make tests to check the performance before use.
