YZS series heavy slurry pump vertical centrifugal pump is the cantilever pump structure of single stage and single suction,with the bearing housing,supporting,intermediate pipe connecting the pump hydraulic components,the water is discharged out from the agitating vane on the vane extended,the main characteristic of this pump is the underwater pump shaft parts have enough rigidity,the impeller and pump shell have no bearings,no shaft seal,which can transport the greater medium of solids particles.The length of inserting the water by pump is between 800 and 2500,the suction pipe can be matched in case of need.The shaft seal runs into the underwater pump without setting up  the shaft seal,drive should be installed the vertical motor on the supporting seat connecting with coupling and pump.

YZS series heavy slurry pump vertical centrifugal pump can be used for environment protection, municipal engineering, thermal power station, coal coking plant, refineries, steel works, mining, paper industry, cement plants, food product factories and textile printing and so on. It can also be used for suction of thick liquid, viscous oil, dregs of oil, dirty liquid, slurry, mortar, quicksand, flow sludge in the city’s sewerage system, se diment fluid slag material and corrosive liquids. YZS series heavy slurry pump can also be use for the transport of kerosene, crude oil, tar and dregs of oil which are in a high temperature (500℃).
