Stainless steel woven wire mesh products have better shape and safety than chain links. Woven wire mesh is commonly used for fences, grilles, grilles, shelves and shelves, air filtration and wall reinforcement.
Stainless steel woven wire mesh has a wide range of uses and can be easily adapted to special uses and conditions. It is made of drawn or rolled parts of standard or special materials.
Type of woven wire mesh
Plain weave: This is the most common woven wire mesh. the wires are not crimped before weaving. The corrugations or depressions crimped into the warp and closure threads are the result of plain weave, which requires each closure thread to pass above and below a continuous row of warp threads, and vice versa, like interlaced fingers.
Twill Weave: metal wire cloth, in which each warp thread and each closing thread pass through two adjacent threads in the warp and closing direction. Each time the space shuttle passes, this up and down movement moves a wire. This pattern allows heavier wires to be woven into various grids.
Plain Dutch weave: Interweaving similar to ordinary weaving, except that the diameter of the warp threads is larger than that of the closed threads. The lighter closure thread is pulled upward to form a dense filter medium. The braid shows tapered or wedge-shaped openings.
