Instruction:

I. Dental flexible partial denture material Performance Structure:

Resin material is made by the polyamide polymer material, which has high flexible, light texture, strong deformation and hard to break  excellent performance, compared with conventional dentures, it is more suitable for make denture base material. The product uses aluminum tube as a container, plastic tube used for packaging, size: medium tube: 16g , small tube: 8g

II. Dental flexible partial denture material  Methods of operation:

1.Put the finished model in the flask.

2. Fixed Aulen die casting machine.

3. Aulen furnace heated to 287°C, it will be equipped with an aluminum tube into the material sent into the feeding canister for heating, heating time is 10-12 minutes.

4. After heating, rapidly move the cartridge to press for casting

5. Open flask to make it natural cooling, take out the model of contact false tooth.

6. Clear the connection point of the burr, clean edge using coarse grinding wheel periphery and prominent part.

7. Using Rubber wheel tie with the entire surface, so smooth.

III.Notes:

1. It must prevent high temperature & moisture when you are storage the materials

2. This pro ducts effective shelf life is three years.

3. It should be used 600 mesh emery or quartz sand for polishing.
