Each vehicle HVAC module has six primary components, Evaporator, Heater Core,  Blower Assembly, Actuators, Sensors and Filters. Car air conditioner molds are needed for HVAC housings/covers and doors.

The HVAC systems basally includes defogger, defroster, vent central/side, feet front and feet rear modes. These modes are mainly areas for HVAC molds. The mold in HVAC fields typically needs several circles DFMA for OEM’s R&D engineers. HVAC designer and mold designers for mold in HVAC fields will have full communication at the later R&D stage.
