1. Processing method: drawings and samples; independent design.
2. Processing scope: 95 alumina ceramics (99 alumina ceramics) and metal sealing.
3. Ceramic type: 95% or 99% aluminum oxide ceramic. Molding methods: hot die casting, isostatic pressing, dry pressing and others.
4. Metal types: stainless steel, Kovar, molybdenum, nickel and other special materials for electric vacuum.
5. Provide design, processing and high-temperature metallization of ceramic parts; design, processing and surface treatment of metal parts.
6. According to the characteristics of the workpiece, vacuum sealing or hydrogen shielded welding is used, the welding temperature can reach as high as 800℃, and higher welding temperatures (such as 1000℃, etc.) can be applied as per your requirements.
7. The vacuum airtightness of the sealing product can reach 1×10 (-10) Pa, and the sealing strength can reach 120MPa, which fully meets various scientific research and production requirements.
