Instruction manual of Electrically Conductive Silver Paste

Substrate: ITO, PET film, glass;

Mixing: Stir well before use to restore liquidity, the proposed length of 5 to 20 minutes while stirring.

Dilution: Stir the product can be used, we recommend without diluent. For dilution, stirring again need to use special thinner ZK70 diluted, we recommend that the weight ratio of less than 1% of silver was diluted diluted evenly.

Recommended Process

Laboratory measurements show that different customers with different curing equipment and technology, curing conditions do adjusted accordingly to achieve the best cure. The cured film thickness and final resistance is affecte

d by many factors, such as screen mesh, tension, scraping gum hardness, angle, speed, sensitive adhesive thickness.

Storage and use of Conductive Silver Paste For Rfid

1. Storage temperature: 5 ~ 25 ℃, sealed and stored in a dry, cool, dark place; use immediately after opening, the remaining product to be sealed;

2. Vacuum packaging shelf life of six months.

3. This product contains organic solvent, should be used to maintain good ventilation; should be used to avoid contact with skin, if they come into contact with skin or eyes, promptly wash with water and soap.
