GH-F01 is a very common dispersant for pigments and fillers, Which is widely used in inorganic additives (such as calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, talc), ceramics, coatings, textile printing and dyeing, paper and other fields.

GH-F01 can be used for dispersion of various powders, especially for calcium carbonate grinding dispersion and coating dispersion. As an organic dispersant in the papermaking industry, the coatings with low viscosity and high solid content can be obtained with most pigments, which can effectively improve the fineness of pigments and the stability of dispersion system, improve the softness, strength, whiteness and water retention of paper, and have the characteristics of being soluble in water, not easy to decompose, non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive and so on. It is an excellent coating dispersant in the papermaking industry.

Reference dosage:

GH-F01 is recommended to use 0.5-1.5% as grinding dispersants, paint dispersant is recommended to use 0.1-0.5%, depending on the manufacturing method, When used as other powder and slurry dispersant, the dosage can be determined according to the experiment. Because this product is anionic, it is not suitable to share with cationic chemical auxiliaries

Package and storage:

Packing in 200KG or 1000KG plastic drums.

Store in cool place.

This product is valid for 12months.
