The particular double-stage vacuum separator and pressure-boost technical make vacuum degree in vacuum pot higher than that in common oil purifier plant. It removes water, gas, sludge etc. efficiently and effectively and reduce dielectric loss and acid value under lower temperature to increase oil flash point and breakdown voltage hugely as well as to decrease media wastage and acid value. The breakdown voltage of unused oil can be changes from below 25KV to over 75KV under the whole treatment. In this way, the installation period and maintenance period can both be shortened effectively.
