1. Install the hardness tester on the manual measuring table, install the load required by the JIS standard, and manually measure the hardness of the product.
2. The use of cams makes the operation simple and cost-effective.
3. Using a test bench, the indenter can be in close contact with the workpiece, and the measurement is accurate.
4. The constant pressure of A type and E type hardness tester is 1kg, and the D type hardness tester needs to be equipped with ZY-046 5kg load. Digital hardness tester GSD series, ZY-090 1kg load is required.
5. The use of the hardness tester bracket can ensure a stable pressurization speed, pressure and pressure angle, and improve the stability and repeatability of the measurement.
6. Manually adjust the pressurizing speed by using the speed controller.
7. Except for the deep hole type, the long-legged type, and the pocket type hardness tester, other hardness testers can be used.
