Feature:

High-heat resistance. 

Works for complex multiple-piece molds.

Great for one piece molds with undercuts.

Cured rubber exhibits very low linear shrinkage.

Doesn’t require degassing, but recommend when possible.

This Silicone can be made paste by adding Thixo Additive to apply with brush.

How to use

A. Prepare related tools. Polish and handle the original mold

B. Fix the original mold and make a mould frame

C. Brushing the release agent on the original mold evenly

D. Weigh part A liquid silicone & part B catalyst exactly by 100:3

E. Mix and stir evenly and de-air by vacuum machine (Less than 10 mins)

F. Pour the mixture into the frame. Demould the silicone till it cured
