Output of oil, water, and gas of oil wells are the most basic production parameters for oilfields to increase revenue and reduce expenditures, and realize intensive and digital production. However, due to different nature of the crude oil of each well, there are huge differences in fluid production, gas production, separated water , as well as the irregularities of oil well fluids and other complex factors, thus it is difficult to find a simple operation with strong adaptability, and measurement accuracy at home and abroad, which severely restrict improvement of the information construction and intensive management of the oil field. Our credible three-phase oil measurement technology is for this problem, especially for those oil wells that enter the high water period or high gas content.
Product principle-three-phase separation, rapid oil collection, layer-by-layer scanning, static oil measurement
With the help of characteristics and kinetic energy of the produced fluid itself, integrates mature swirl separation, collision compounding, gravity sedimentation, negative pressure degassing and other technologies to realize the rapid separation of oil, water and gas. For oil-water metering, the unique oil-gathering structure and control technology are used. Even in the case of high water-cut or ultra-high water-cut, the oil-water layer in a stable state is naturally divided into several thin layers by using patented technologies such as oil-water analysis arrays. The oil-water layer is quickly scanned and measured in the transient stable state, and the average oil content of each thin layer is measured separately. The principle of mathematical calculus is used to accumulate and sum, so as to accurately obtain the production of the measured oil well within the measurement time, the net quantity of pure oil, free water and other parameters; for natural gas, the stable and accurate measurement of natural gas can be realized through rapid gas-liquid cyclone drainage and gas measurement method combined with meters.
Since the produced fluid is transformed from a generally relatively unstable dynamic measurement to a static emulsified oil and free water separated measurement , the accuracy, adaptability and controllability of the device are further ensured.
