    Basket filter  is mainly composed of a connection pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover and a fastener. When the liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and reinstall it after cleaning. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

Maintenance

1. The core part of the filter is the filter element. The filter element is composed of the filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part and needs special protection;

2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, certain impurities have precipitated in the filter core. At this time, the pressure drop will increase and the flow rate will decrease, so the impurities in the filter core should be removed in time;

3. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element not to be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed, the purity of the medium after filtration does not meet the design requirements, and the compressor, pump, instrument and other equipment will suffer To destruction;

4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
