Groove wood sound-absorbing board is a material that slot resonance in the front of the density and leave the groove on the back.Micro perforated acoustic cladding is a kind of structure sound absorbing material that opens round hole in the front and back of density board. This two kinds of material is widely used at metope and smallpox adornment.

The feature

When the sound wave reaches micro perforated acoustic panel hole, the sound wave will resonate with the plate, and the peak and wave will be overlapped and consumed each other, so as to achieve the purpose of sound absorption.

In the general micro-orifice installation process, if a certain density and thickness of sound-absorbing cotton is filled behind the panel, this can improve the sound-absorbing effect on high frequencies.

Q1. If I need a sample, how long will it take you to complete it?

A1. Under normal circumstances, we need 1 to 7 days to make samples, and we will arrange express delivery after the samples are made.

Q2. How long is your delivery time?

A2. The time is related to the quantity of bulk goods and the season of the order. The delivery time is generally 15-25 days after we receive the deposit.

Q3. Do I need to pay for the micro perforated acoustic cladding samples?

A3. We provide standard micro perforated acoustic cladding samples for free, but if it involves product customization, we will charge a certain customization fee. Once the order is confirmed, we will refund the courier fee. Do not worry.

Q4. Can you accept OEM?

A4. Yes, as a manufacturer, we can open the mold to produce any sound insulation board products according to your samples or drawings.
