LB emergency shower eye wash stations are manufactured in accordance with ANSIZ358.1-2014& EN 15154:1/2 2006 standard, which sets code for length, height, flow volume and spary area,etc. For emergency shower,eyewash is ergonomically designed with two spray heads, and height and angle of the heads offer face most comfort. The specially designed spray holes water spray and protect eyes effectively.

Feature:

• This essential emergency eye wash kit features dual aerated spray heads which provide a soft, comfortable spray which allow eye washing for the full recommended 15 minutes.
• Once the stainless steel push-handle has been activated, the eye washer station's stay open ball valve allows hands-free operation. Flip top dust covers protect the spray heads.
• The simple eye wash safety solution should be wall mounted in an accessible position. The highly visible yellow ABS bowl makes the eye wash station easier to locate in an emergency.
• This model is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickened mounting bracket that can be mounted on the ground. Oversized clamshell basin, water will flow out when the lid is opened, and dustproof when closed.

Product description

Use s estions:
1. This product is used in environments above 0°C. If it is used below 0°C, antifreeze maintenance of pipelines is required;
2. Before installation, please flush the inlet pipe in advance;
3. It is recommended to install the water inlet control valve in the inlet pipe. After use, close the inlet control valve first, and then close the eyewash valve after the water in the main body is exhausted.

Maintenance
1. Only emergency use is allowed when an accident occurs, and bathing is strictly prohibited.
2. A comprehensive inspection test should be conducted more than once a week to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the device.
3. This product is not a medical device, it only acts as an emergency shower and reduces the damage of harmful substances to the human body.
4. In the event of an accident, the victim must choose the shower time according to the degree of the harmful substance. Prepare emergency rescue measures during this period.
