Thin oil lubrication shaker uses circulating oil injection lubrication, filtered high pressure oil (0.2-0.25mpa), through the nozzle alignment bearing inner ring and cage between the gap for injection oil supply. After passing through the bearing, the oil flows into the oil return hole at the lower part of the bearing chamber. Then through the return oil pump to the cooler, cooling flow back to the tank. Through the above procedures, on the one hand, part of the heat can be taken away, on the one hand, abrasive particles and external impurities can be excluded, on the other hand, the oil level of the bearing chamber is controlled by the return oil pump, which avoids the phenomenon of high temperature and axial oil leakage, and ensures the viscosity of the oil, so that the bearing can run in a good state.

It used to be sealed by oil seal, but after wear, it is easy to leak oil. Through the principle of material rotation centrifugal force, we will process the oil throwing line on the shaft, so that the oil on the shaft is thrown to the bearing room around the wall, and then flow into the lower oil return hole.
