※ The machine adopted touch computer combined with PLC at each unit of machine that could be adjusted automatically when apply for digit input or order managing. It will cut lots of time while operating.

※ 250 sheets per minute when runs at the top speed. It could be efficient to produce one hundred thousand pieces of carton of daily productivity.

※ In-line control for flexo printer combined with folder gluer. Order united managing and order reading system had made the significant revolution for completely automatic production line in packaging field.

1. Lead edge feeder extend the range of usage of paperboard. Automatic adjustment for side guide/paper-hanging bar/gap of pull rollers with digit input.
2. Opional for printing system: rubber roller transfer or doctor blade system (air bag/oil pressure). Automatic adjustment for zero reset/phase movement/transverse movement/pressing rollers with digit input.
3. Double shaft scorerring, pre-pressure and second line-pressing, that designed for coincide with folder gluer applying for slotting unit. Automatic adjustment for transverse movement/box height/phase movement/pull rollers with order-saving system.
4. Adopted bottom folding system for folder gluer unit connected with flexo printer, which can avoid non-stick.
5. Optional for gluing unit: rolling wheel type or electric glue-spraying type.
6. Air suction conveyor for upper belts at folder gluer unit and freely adjust for the length of side belts.
7. Automatic adjustment for folding position with digit input and inline with flexo printer.
8. There exists extra space for carton reforming till gluing finish.
9. Accurate accounting/auto-stacking/auto ejecting. Also can add auto bundling system.
