Jinggong Cast Iron Base plates / Bed Plates, are one of the modern industrial gauges. It is suitable for a variety of inspection, precision measurement of the reference plane. Used for mechanical testing benchmarks of machine tools, dimensional accuracy or shaped inspect parts for deviation, and as close crossed, is an indispensable basic tool in the machinery manufacturing.

Cast Iron Base Plates is widely used in machining, tool shop, machine (the seizure) repair workshop, large equipment base, measuring rooms and precision machining of the inspection, measurement and grinding, and can accurately measure, test workpiece flatness, straightness and tolerance of the angle.

Customized sizes can also be manufactured as per customer’s requirement.

Standard plates have the Brinell hardness of approx. 180 – 200HB and the tensile strength of approx. 260 – 300 N/mm2.

Flatness accuracies offered in Grade I, II or III as per DIN876.

All standard T-Slots sizes 18, 22, 28, 36 or 42 can be manufactured, with fits in terms of DIN 650 ranging from H7 to H12.

T-slots in special or intermediate sizes can be customized. The distance between T-slots in standard plates is usually 150, 200, 250 or 300 mm. The distances between clamping options and the T-slots can be according to custom specification to suit customer requirements.
