(1)Hydrogenation treatment part
The heavy diesel, light VGO, heavy VGO fractions through the filter to remove solid impurities, enter into the filtrated raw material oil buffer tank, and then pass through the high pressure pump pressurized and mix with hydrogen from circulating hydrogen compressor, make heat exchanging with reacted fluids in hydrogen mixed oil/reacted fluids heat exchanger, then enter in to heating furnace, it is heated up to 385℃ in furnace.
Then enter in to hydrogenation reactor, in hydrogenation reactor sulfur and nitrogen is converted to hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, reacted material enter into hydrocracking reactor, in hydrocracking reactor feedstock is cracked to lighter components in the presence of catalyst, reacted material make heat exchanging with raw material in the hydrogen mixed oil/hydrogen reacted fluid heat exchanger, then enter in to high pressure separator, gas phase from hot high pressure separator top is cooled down through stages cooler then go to cool high pressure separator, from top is circulating hydrogen go to desulfurization tower for sulfur removal, after desulfurization, circulating hydrogen go to compressor and pressurized and mix with fresh hydrogen from new hydrogen compressor to make continuing reaction.
(2)Separation part
The liquid from bottom of hot high pressure separator passed through heat exchanger then go to mix with liquid phase from cool low pressure separator, it is subjected to stripping desulfurization, then made heat exchanging ,after that it is sent to fractionating furnace and then go to atmospheric fractionating tower, tower top gas phase after cooled down and liquid separated, partial as reflux flow, partial go to absorbing-desorption tower, from absorbing-desorption tower top, the product is dry gas, dry gas after desulfurization ,it is used as fuel. The fluid from absorbing-desorption tower is heated up and sent to naphtha stabilizing tower, product from tower top is LPG, after desulfurization it is stored to tanks as product. Product from bottom of naphtha stabilizing tower is cooled down, partial as naphtha product discharged out plant for storage, partial as absorbing liquid go to absorbing-desorption tower.
Side stream 1 from atmospheric fractionating tower is pressurized and partially cooled down as reflux fluid, partial as jet fuel to jet fuel stripping tower to be stripped and then the bottom fluid as jet fuel product to storage tanks.
Side stream 2 from atmospheric fractionating tower is pressurized and partially cooled down as reflux fluid, partial as diesel to diesel stripping tower to be stripped, the bottom fluid as product diesel to storage tanks.
