FFU Group Control System
Overview:
The FFU intelligent distributed control system is mainly used in the clean room of large electronic/pharmaceutical
factories, which can easily realize on-site distributed control and centralized management. It can flexibly control the start,
stop and speed adjustment of FFU fans. The control system uses partition control technology to solve the problem of
limited Rs485 drive capacity and can control up to several thousand fans. This control system includes the following three
parts:
FFU computer management system (monitoring system) (optional according to requirements);
FFU control host system (zoned data transfer system, each zone with up to 60 control units);
Field FFU control unit (FFU group control unit controller, FFU single control unit controller, DC motor FFU unit
controller).

Installation steps of fan filter unit (FFU):

(3) The fan filter unit is mainly used in newly-built clean rooms and clean workshops. It can improve the cleanliness level, reduce noise and vibration, and also greatly reduce the cost. It is convenient to install and maintain. It is an ideal component for a clean environment.
(4) When installing the high-efficiency filter, first lift the box body, then take out the failed high-efficiency filter, replace it with a new one, make sure that the frame is sealed, and then return the box cover to the original position.
(5) When installing the high-efficiency filter, pay special attention to unpacking, handling and installation to ensure that the filter paper is intact and undamaged, and it is forbidden to touch the filter paper to cause damage.
