Our container desiccant is a product that safeguards your precious cargo from the degrading effects of moisture, such as container rain which forms in cargo containers during long transits. It ensures excellent moisture absorption by Its unique design, and there will be no leakage and dripping.
Container rain is the most commonly occurring phenomena which occur due to changes in temperature when the vessels pass through different climatic zones. This leads to dampening the cargo and promoting the growth of molds and mildew and ultimately leading to cargo loss.
Our desiccant strips can prevent the "container rain" by controlling the environmental humidity, to ensure that the dew point temperature is always lower than the ambient temperature, and to safeguard the cargo during transportation.
The raw materials of Bentonite Desiccant is a combination of natural mineral that exclude heavy metal bentonite and starch, grafted acrylate polymerization conjugate and acrylamide acrylate copolymerization conjugate, with the advantages of non-toxic, eco-friendly, degradability, strong water absorption, no rebound, no reverse osmosis.

2.1 The hygroscopic material is eco-friendly, 100% degradable, PH is neutral, it's non-toxic and harmless to human, and no pollution to the environment.
2.2 Under the condition of 37 ℃ and 90% of RH, The moisture absorption rate of the desiccant strips is over 300%.
2.3 Easy to use: hanging on the inner wall of the container or laying on the top of the cargo.
2.4 Long moisture absorption period: it can ensure the stable and continuous moisture absorption ability during the shipping period around 60 days.
2.5 Packaging material: composite non-woven fabric with strong fastness, good breathability and no reverse osmosis.
