CN4115 is an inductive buck converter operating in continuous mode. When the power supply voltage is higher than the output voltage, it can efficiently drive single or multiple LEDs in series. The input voltage range of IC is 5V ~ 24V, the output current is externally adjustable, and the maximum output current can reach 1A.

CN4115 integrates internal power tube and high-end current detection circuit, and the average output current can be set through external resistance. In addition, the output current can also be adjusted through the external adj pin to make it lower than the set value. Adj pin can receive DC voltage or PWM signal and support linear dimming or PWM dimming. If a voltage of 0.2V or lower is applied to the adj pin, the output power tube will be turned off and the IC will work in the low current standby mode.

CN4115 integrates overheat soft shutdown function. When the internal junction temperature of the chip rises to 135 ℃, the output current will gradually decrease with the continuous rise of junction temperature. When the junction temperature reaches 150 ℃, the output current will decrease to 0.
